Estimated completion date

Your repairer will give you an estimated completion date once they've organised your repair. They'll call you once the repairs have passed all the quality control checks.

Status

The progress of your repair will update in your hub as it passes through each stage. There'll be a brief description of it's status at each stage.

Your timeline

This will show every interaction and your progress repair from start to completion, with time stamps for reference.

Message from repairer

You'll be sent an email or text whenever your repairer has sent you a message or photo relating to your repair.

WayPoint

During initial inspections, additional problems may be found with your vehicle which could be based around safety or cosmetic reasons. Our repairers may also offer you some upgrades or options.

You can choose whether you want to go ahead with these offers, but because of the strict scheduling of your repair you'll have a time limited time to make a decision.

Your guarantee

Once your vehicle's been collected you'll be sent an email or text to let you know your guarantee is ready to download from your hub.
